spooky lift, fake dad

#dad Dad came home from work. There was a ring in the front door. The back door opened at the same time and dad came from the back. We looked through the door hole in the front door and saw another dad as well. But something tells me it was fake, and i was more certain of it when dad was here from the back door It was supposed to be a cake delivery at the front door. And that person wasn’t holding any cake. I didn’t open the door for it. Mum also agreed, dad was just settling down after work so he didn’t really get involved

Later this person left and another colourful monster came. Didnt open After like 15 mins of it standing there, it left and another colourful monster came out of the lift and stood again Didnt open After a long 30 mins it left. And finally a young man carrying a colourful suspicious cake came. Although the cake was unusually vibrant and sus, i opened the door. He apologised profusely for being late because the lift was acting strange. I thanked him and immediately closed the door cuz I was scared monsters will come out of the lift again.

There were no monsters so far. And i was a bit curious so I went to the corridor to look at the lift. It wasn’t going to the floor it was supposed to. (Like in most of the dreams).

I think something happened and I kept trying the lift along with other lift passengers. The buttons on the lift weren’t even in order. And finally, I figured out. Button 31 goes to 4/f. (Like add the two numbers together). But some rules are like sometimes it subtract if the initial sum has a bigger floor number than what the building has. Anyways after figuring out, the dream ended.

second in marathon

#secschool #arthur Someone held my hand and brought me to a headstart. I was mainly competing with another duo of Zoe Cheng and (Ruby i think) (both very bright and competent classmates I liked a lot) With the person leading me, we were rather ahead. But later the person released her hand and I’ll have to continue this marathon on my own. I kept the pace but the duo was slowly picking up the speed because I sort of slowed down compared to before. When we were racing head to head, I tried to run harder. So I was a bit behind but not too much, like within 2 metres. At the final 100 m, I picked up my speed and ran full force to the finishing line. I think I was faster because my side of the finishing line was kinda closer. (It was a curve) So I was faster then them I think And i heard i got second (an unknown guy was the first with 1h 37m?) And i spent two hours exactly.

Random auntie/ meagan yu’s mum was surprised at my final sprint. I explained i kept some energy during the marathon just for it.

But despite winning I felt a bit empty because Arthur wasn’t joining this marathon, and I won’t be there to see his marathon race.

Japan shopping, unsupportive mum

#mum In Japan. At first i was chilling in my dorm with my roommate. Later mum came and interrupted us. And mum lied in my bed as if it was hers. And I just stood there cuz i had no bed. I felt gross for her to get inside my bed and blankets and touch my cushions

Later me and my parents went to an anime department store. Dad was supportive and walked behind me and shopped and offered suggestions although he didn’t really know the anime Mum was just trying to make us stop shopping and leave I feel unhappy.

I was trying really hard to find Rika / チリ’s merch in pokemon store but they only had figures and not the mats I was looking for. There were so many colours of the mats with different trainers and pokemons, but just not her. and mum kept telling us to leave so i was pretty stressed. (Mats as in like those children’s puzzle foam mats where you can buy one piece of different colourful pattern)

There was a big typhoon coming, and it was a bad omen, because it was on the trajectory path to a certain building in North Point, which was infamous for being haunted (?? lol). It had eerie green lights on the outer wall of the building. There was also a Chinese style dragon emerging out of the harbour. It was menacing. The typhoon was scary.

A random relative (dad's sister) wished me happy mid autumn festival _{(this relative's daughter wished me that on whatsapp yesterday night)}

And then I went to gather with my primary school friends, Cecilia and Caitlyn

Mum wanted to buy the dress I bought for high table dinner, but we went to the department store and that shop had sold out on all dresses

I went back to the gathering spot and saw two seats next to Caitlyn (the row has Caitlyn and Cecilia). But Caitlyn was using her arm to cover the seat next to me. So I thought maybe she was reserving the seat for her sister or other closer friend, so I picked the other seat which was further from Caitlyn, which was also fine A and her friends were sitting on the row behind us.

A's friend gave a (motivational) speech on how we should deal with the typhoon.

Somehow when we were all listening, we were all taking umbrellas out. But the shopping mall was indoors.

Later there were sharing sessions about different stuff, one of the session Arthur was the guest, and he's taking a smoky blue fabric long storage box, in which clients would lie inside (lmao?? like a cat) to have their therapy session. And he's sharing about how one client was rather naughty (? not sure about the word), and used his yellow highlighter to scribble on the side of the storage box

lol now i got distracted and forgot the other parts of the dream

eventually me and Jenny led the gathering group out of the shopping mall to another spot to protect ourselves from the typhoon. It felt good to be a leader?? :)

ride lift from my floor to go down to another residential floor for toilet but their toilet wasn't working, the only vacant cubicle's door won't close, like it has a automatic button to make it open when you stop pushing the close button, so can't use So I ride lift again but can't go back up to my specific floor had to go back to lobby to press up to go back to my floor

later parent's day I was waiting for my exam results outside the classroom And suddenly I saw mum and dad arriving They knocked at two other classroom doors vigorously and those doors opened and told them it's the wrong door. I felt very embarrassed and scolded them angrily. Just at this time my f6 classmistress came out of our classroom door and was angry how come I speak so rudely to my parents, and scolded me I felt annoyed (and a bit embarrassed because I didn't expect I yelled so loudly at my parents either)

Riding east rail line to eat at a restaurant Mum suggested. I was riding alone and will meet them there. But I went to the very far end of east rail line still didn't encounter that station. On the ride back there were some different stations too, like japanese train having rapid and normal ones, the stations differed During the ride sometimes it was crowded, and a fat guy sat next to me and I feel bad. He didn't sit in a malicious way but he was too fat and decided to take the spot next to me. Later I changed to another seat when the train was emptier, and I also collected a plastic bowl and tray to put on my seat?? But there were quite some flies and bugs.

I think eventually we had some sushi because there was a scene where mum was paying at a japanese restaurant, while dad and I were waiting for her.

swimming class, recalling meeting about JY

#jy I put things in locker before swimming class, kind of disgusting because the locker on top of mine was dirty and has unknown liquid like pee, surrounding lockers were dirty too. But the cabinet I chose was the only vacant one so I needed to use it. Saw a small cockroach walking closer to me, it was super gross _{(Maybe it was because I was riding the MTR yesterday and I found 2 seats with unknown liquid like pee, 2 seats with period blood, and 1 whole row with giant poop smear. And I took a seat nearby which appeared clean)}

When I was heading for the swimming class with my uni classmates I recalled I met Julie regarding that incident, and I was rather annoyed when she said JY explained maybe it's his phone, cuz I really don't think phones are sausage shaped. But it wasn't that bothering me because this response was kind of expected and I don't want to deal more with it. But I thought I could question that back then instead of just nodding my head to Julie _{(yea I met with her two days ago)} And then we started the swimming lesson

weird toilet; furious to family, dragging snooker table around

#mum #dad The swimming pool toilet was slightly weird. The compartment was big and L-shaped, but the bidet was near the door instead of within the L shape. And when I close the door, there was still a gap, and students outside can see if I was sitting peeing. So I used my body towel to block away the gap.

Later I met with mum and dad. I think we had an argument, as I was yelling so much in the dream. We were at downstairs of our home, and I was too angry and kind of wanted to escape (?), and had loads of power so I was pushing a giant snooker table everywhere, from home to downstairs, to basement and back up, back and forth _{(hmm my roommate got a bf after going to the bar and pool with him, just 4 days from knowing each other, interesting)}

A few of my friends were there too (Ruby and Joseph) And then it was Arthur's turn, he went to the table with his desktop and opened this website. He mentioned a dream about me making stickers from what I drew/ random cute stuff like kaomojis I chuckled and was a bit embarrassed, although no one else knew the dream was mine He actually printed the stickers out for us to pass it down to take a look at And he seemed to be thinking about how to interpret the dream. Since in the dream I knew I dreamt that because Ruby liked to make handmade stickers, so I walked to Arthur's back to tell him about it and no need for him to overinterpret _{(Ruby doesn't make stickers irl)}

As they were passing down the sheets of stickers, Joseph took a medium sized sticker. It looked like a design about the secret garden and the rabbit from Alice in the wonderland, very cottage vibes and felt vintage. I was slightly surprised when Joseph took it, as it was just “sample stickers” Arthur passed down that I thought was for viewing only. But then I thought it was a good idea as stickers were meant to be used and we could always print more if we needed. So I encouraged others to take them as well if they wished to.

When Arthur started talking, I looked at his front and saw he had a nametag on a lanyard. I was very curious of the tag so I stared at it. He kind of didn't want me to look at it/ focus too much on it though, so he tried to turn away but I grabbed the tag firmly, I think I kinda pulled on the lanyard so it made him kinda uncomfortable. :P Actually the nametag is an 絵馬 (both shape and size and also wooden) (kinda big), on which was a project sekai card of 4 girls _{(I think it's the character card my friend got and posted on her ig story like a week ago, not sure)}

So at the first part of the dream it was so funny that I chuckled out loud while sleeping, and woke myself up for half a second. But I forgot why...!!

In the later part of the dream I was late for a meal gathering with school friends. My secondary school classmates ate some snacks on the road while waiting for me. And when I arrived, it was time for them to leave. Jamie, Ashley and a few others were walking down a stopped escalator. I tried to step on it but instead, I moved the standing conveyor belt so my classmates almost tumbled down the escalator. They were jokingly asking if that was deliberate, but I really didn't mean to, so I felt a bit sad, but I laughed with them, and I slid down on the handrail.

Later I collected their trash (like food wrappings), and I went to take a lift to go down to the food court so that I can discard it.

Carrie (another primary/ secondary school classmate) was going to take the lift with me. The lift was very narrow and very... squashed. Carrie entered first. She “rolled” inside the lift, and there was still space for me to enter. So I roll inside as well. As we were descending, I grabbed my dress and any flying parts that might get stuck in the edges of the lift, as the lift is like a basket and there were no complete walls to protect us. It was quite scary honestly, but Carrie seemed to be used to it. And I felt a bit more reassuring when she's accompanying me.

I kind of not remember what happened next but anyways we got to the basement food court safely and stuff

oh and I went to eat with our PBL group in a relatively busy but okay-ish restaurant in the food court.

oh yeah the heading, so basically i was late for that meal as well, and later I was also late for lecture. And I was also writing an assignment essay in the dream, idk for which lecture though. But anyways I was pretty busy in the dream but I kind of liked how I am being productive. I was kinda upset on how I was late to everything though.

I went to a cafe and filled in an online help form to request for cedars cope counselling? Later the cafe closed so I moved to a nearby mcdonalds And I saw my secondary school teacher A Tsang She was also filling in the form, and asked me if the sentences she wrote was enough. I looked at it and it was way too brief, so I told her to be more specific and showed her the form that I filled in, which was super long, almost essay like I checked the word count in the blanks and realised I haven’t exceeded the word limit despite writing down a lot of stuff, like 250/350 words (I think it was way more than 250, I’m pretty sure it was more than 2500)

And i encouraged her to submit the form, because the staff were timely and helpful in sending you whatsapp messages

Afterwards Beatrice had to attend something else/ exam/ interview, so she's gonna have dinner by herself. We parted ways and I exited the mall.

I went on a taxi/ bus and Ivan was in there as well. But A followed me (coincidentally I guess) into the car as well. So me and Ivan couldn't really have a proper conversation. A asked me about something, and she shared the location she was going to exchange at during enrichment year (different from irl but still in UK).

Back in my dorm, I was making something on excel for my project. I took a part of the excel for my roommate to see (I forgot if the roommate in dream is the same as irl one). But she wanted me to share it with her, which I didn't mind, but she wanted the whole document and some other files that included some other stuff too (e.g. streaming stuff), which I was not comfortable sharing. So I just let her take a look and closed the files. _{(Maybe it was because I briefly told her like theres this thing happened – but not exactly how. Actually I was a bit hesitant and she said if I'm not comfortable sharing it's ok to not share, but I think it's better for her to know it to sort of like... know my triggers? (although that's kinda dangerous too)}

I went to qmh by another minibus, and I was rather early- we have to attend a chill post-exam anat practical.

I wanted to grab a bento but the machine probably hadn’t been refilled yet. Cuz it was early morning like a quarter past 8.

There were many cars on sassoon road, stuck there. There were some police vans / ambulances. I met Cherry Lam, and she walked me down to mmw. I watched her making sandwiches I think. And I told her an excuse to walk to another exit in order to go to the opposite side of the road to get bento. I entered the exit and it connected to a relatively new research centre, and I suddenly had the urge to run. It was likely to be open day cuz there were many booths with people in faculty shirts standing in groups. And this floor was likely to be a museum. As I was running I also saw Cecot teaching some visitors. I kinda tried saying hi but he was busy teaching so I didn’t stop and continued running.

I raced along the path and visited the whole museum. It’s like the Science Museum + a little bit of history of each and every gadgets- like spy camera and other techy yet antique stuff.

I ran and quickly I reached a door. It led to a chinese high class restaurant, which I was going to soon with my PBL mates (in dream). It’s designed like the emperor’s palace. _{(maybe it was because me and my friend walked past a chinese medicine shop last night and the English translation for it was something like Official Emperor’s Bird Nest?? And we found it funny)}

Anyways I felt a bit excited cuz this restaurant was not opened from the outside in sassoon road, and I found this hidden path to this place.

Murder

There was a kid (twins), whose family owned a ship. One of them invited a friend to come. The friend secretly climbed and on board the ship at night without them knowing, before the actual invitation day. He got on in a place with security mechanisms. A robot chopped off his head. Then there was an automatic dispenser system on the ship, where they release the kid’s body along with a lot of fish snacks and lure in order to facilitate the body being broken down and eaten by fishes, so that the body would be gone. Actually the security system was for assassinating the other twin, with a seemingly valid reason of him being sneaky and thought he would be an intruder instead and auto killed sus people.

#secschool #pblmate Setting is like on an aircraft, I’m on the middle columns. Watching Pokemon Horizons on iPad, and started to play static noises instead. I realised it was a bit too loud as I was using the speaker, so I turned it down to not affect others. I was a bit embarrassed because I wasn’t aware of that when I was watching the show.

Later the teacher came for class. It was actually Serene, teaching English. Meanwhile our classmates and I were actually in the same year as her (still secondary school in dream) but she’s already employed by the school. I was like wow how come Anyways we started checking and marking our worksheets (marked but we needed to listen for the correct answer for questions we got wrong)

Also the setting/ room slowly got warped into a high school classroom.

I was on a single table, vs others with two tables together. The classmate in front of me was also on a single table. I saw her moving her table backwards a little bit, so I wanted to move my table with her. But as I was moving to the front, she moved the table a bit sideways to join a double table. I was slightly shocked and ngl a little bit sad, lol And then Audrey came and sit on my another side. We chatted and I kind of did a show and tell with my pencil case. It was cute and in pastel green (hmm not gonna buy this colour irl probably). Yay! We were checking a section of the worksheet which I left it blank. I recalled it was actually because I got to school late, so I missed it, but it was fine. I wasn’t too bothered by it. The classmate who moved away joined us. So now we are sitting in a triple manner. Yay!

Later Serene started to chit chat with the class instead of teaching new stuff. She asked if any of us have part time jobs. Around 6 out of 35? Students raised their hands. She went around and asked everyone. Emma and her friend were tutoring Spanish, interesting.

Narita airport harbour view

#arthur #T (I think there was Ming and Urshmar) #mum Walking out of the observation deck thing but by the harbour, I was mesmerised by how BLUE the sky and the water were. The sky was in a brilliant bright royal blue with absolutely no clouds. The water was shimmering and in a darker shade of navy blue. I couldn’t take my eyes off the beautiful scene.

Following me were Arthur and a few others, and my mum. We were finding a spot to take a rest as the deck was kinda crowded with mainland tourists.

Mum told me to look at the scenery and not to be on my phone. She urged me to go down one step and be closer to the water. Despite knowing how to swim, I was scared as I was just wearing casual wear. And I’m not sure if the water would be safe enough. i didn’t know how deep the water is, and there wasn’t any lifeguards nor buoys. She said, it would be fine, you won’t fall over, trust me. _{(oh but my mum doesn’t know how to swim, bruh how are you sure it would be fine I can’t trust you)} So I stepped one step down and I’m slightly touching the water. It was pretty fun. Finally I initiated to take a selfie together, mainly because I wanted a photo in which Arthur was with me. Took a few tries. Idk how it turned out. And in the dream I got to learn that they’re all living in the same block of building, and

More and more strangers were crowding/ walk by my home some people that looked like young construction workers went in my home when mum didnt unlock the ftont door, just to put down random items (that mum had left before) Mum forbade me to go out, and I am scared too. Dad was also forbidding me to go.

More and more crowds were outside, and wearing weird clothings. Colourful vibrant exotic clothings, As if a 百鬼夜行 was going on. One tried to enter again. I yell at them to try to make them go away. He was just trying to return something Mum had dropped before. I thought it was lying, so I continued to try to shoo him away, but Mum told me she really had dropped this before so it was real.

I could also see Ashley and Audrey via the door hole, along with other adults. And a creepy clown. They all came from the corridor (idk where exactly because the door hole had a limited view angle), and left from another small door (not there irl) by the emergency staircase. It was really like a parade rather than staying in front of my door. And they looked happy. (happily chaotic evil???)

Idk anyways because I needed to leave for whatever reason (maybe I needed to go to school), I had to change clothes. Mum was giving unsolicited advice again, while Dad was giving me more clothes to choose from, which was fueling Mum's points and ideas. Anyways I chose a relatively original outfit despite Mum saying it was ugly and bad.

I checked the outside situation again, and there were still a lot of people outside. But looking at all the stickers and encouraging words people have left for me/ I have written myself on my bedroom door, I thought it was time to actually try to go out despite it looking scary.
